- Email enquiry— clicking a “Configure & price” or “Request a quote” button opens your own email client with a pre-filled subject line. Your name and email address are handled by your email client and transmitted when you choose to send the message.
- Phone call— clicking a “Call us” link initiates a call from your device. No data is collected by this website.
- WhatsApp message — clicking a WhatsApp link opens the WhatsApp application. Data is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their privacy policy.
2. Purpose of Collection
We use contact information submitted via email or phone solely for the purpose of responding to your printing enquiry. We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing communications. All enquiries are handled by our team at Avenue Print.
3. Data Retention
Email enquiries received at enquiries@avenueprint.sg are retained in accordance with Avenue Print's standard business email practices and applicable Singapore laws. We retain correspondence only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. Basic server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for operational and security purposes.
